Bosun runs every search full-cycle. We write or refine the job description with you, headhunt candidates through direct outreach (we do not post to job boards), screen, vet, and background-check every candidate, and deliver a shortlist of three pre-vetted people. We manage the process through to the offer and follow up through the 90-day guarantee window.
One flat $7,000 fee per hire, any role, any salary. There is no percentage of salary and no contingency fee, which is what most traditional recruiting agencies charge. Every placement is backed by a 90-day guarantee.
Fractional team members are pre-vetted, US-based professionals working part-time for your business, starting at as little as five hours a week. Fractional bookkeeping is typically 10 to 15 hours a month at $22 an hour; fractional social media management is around 10 hours a month at $22 an hour; fractional sales support works on a flat fee plus commission. You communicate with them directly day to day, and Bosun manages the relationship.
